Kalam Sir (Achievements, Lesson to Youths)!

I can't say much but I depict my heart that
"I was unable to meet you when you are alive, I met you when you are gone beyond me, in horizon of spirituality. I desired many times to take your blessings, but couldn't."

I learned about your biography, when I was enrolled in Science Olympiad, and in a book of Influencer Scientist, I recognized my vision 'to be noticed for extra ordinary work in society', just because of your life.

After a tweet from +Srijan Pal Singh that you had a cardiac attack, I found myself uneasy situation, I queered about your health. But within few minutes I got the breaking news from financial news paper's application that "Ex President Dr. Kalam passed away". I was about to take dinner after the bath, but my hunger got diverse with anguish. I felt helpless, I keep checking tweets of Mr. Srijan Pal Singh about to access news about you. On the very next day, I visited your place of residence 10, RajaJi Marg. The peoples were anguish and waiting long long way and line to say bye bye to their teacher, mentor, ideal and honorable president. It felt that a gem which is lost somewhere never ever can be restored.

But apart from the body, your teachings, lessons, scripts, biography are still alive. Some of those are:-

  • Kalam started his career by designing a small helicopter for the Indian Army, but remained unconvinced with the choice of his job at DRDO.
  • Kalam was also part of the INCOSPAR committee working under Vikram Sarabhai, the renowned space scientist.[9] In 1969, Kalam was transferred to theIndian Space Research Organization (ISRO) where he was the project director of India’s first indigenous Satellite Launch Vehicle (SLV-III) which successfully deployed the Rohini satellite in near earth orbit in July 1980.
  • Joining ISRO was one of Kalam’s biggest achievements in life and he is said to have found himself when he started to work on the SLV project.
  • Kalam first started work on an expandable rocket project independently at DRDO in 1965. In 1969, Kalam received the government’s approval and expanded the program to include more engineers.
  • In 1963–64, he visited Nasa’s Langley Research Center in Hampton Virginia, Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland andWallops Flight Facility situated at Eastern Shore of Virginia.
  • During the period between the 1970s and 1990s, Kalam made an effort to develop the Polar SLV and SLV-III projects, both of which proved to be success.
  • In the 1970s, Kalam also directed two projects, namely, Project Devil and Project Valiant , which sought to develop ballistic missiles from the technology of the successful SLV programme. Despite the disapproval of Union Cabinet, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi allotted secret funds for these aerospace projects through her discretionary powers under Kalam’s directorship.Kalam played an integral role convincing the Union Cabinet to conceal the true nature of these classified aerospace projects.
  • His research and educational leadership brought him great laurels and prestige in 1980s, which prompted the government to initiate an advanced missile program under his directorship.
  • Kalam and Dr. V. S. Arunachalam, metallurgist and scientific adviser to the Defense Minister, worked on the suggestion by the then Defense Minister, R. Venkataraman on a proposal for simultaneous development of a quiver of missiles instead of taking planned missiles one by one.R Venkatraman was instrumental in getting the cabinet approval for allocating 388 crore rupees for the mission, named Integrated Guided Missile Development Program (I.G.M.D.P) and appointed Kalam as the Chief Executive.
  • Kalam played a major part in developing many missiles under the mission including Agni, an intermediate range ballistic missile and Prithvi, the tactical surface-to-surface missile, although the projects have been criticised for mismanagement and cost and time overruns.
  • He was the Chief Scientific Adviser to the Prime Minister and the Secretary of Defence Research and Development Organisation from July 1992 to December 1999.
  • The Pokhran-II nuclear tests were conducted during this period where he played an intensive political and technological role. Kalam served as the Chief Project Coordinator, along with R. Chidambaram during the testing phase. Photos and snapshots of him taken by the media elevated Kalam as the country’s top nuclear scientist.
  • In 1998, along with cardiologist Dr.Soma Raju, Kalam developed a low cost Coronary stent. It was named as “Kalam-Raju Stent” honouring them.
  • In 2012, the duo, designed a rugged tablet PC for health care in rural areas, which was named as “Kalam-Raju Tablet”.

After Breakup, Create Culture!

After Breakup, Create Culture!

In life we all experiences unexpected and something devastating at some point of time. Sometime we thought of loosing the prospective of gaining any thing. It may be Breakup from Friend, Breakup from Job, Breakup from Relations or occurrence of unhappy thing/situation, knowingly 'failure', a term which disturbs and scattered the energy levels. It is a universal part in the life of us 'human'.

Sometimes while giving up after failure is the most devastating rather looking for the future challenging events. Each of us have gone through breakup at something in our lives, yet the live does't stop us from breathing.
After breakup hook up with the life, create the culture to overcome from the situations soon. Look after the reasons behind the breakup and try to overcome from that problem in the next event. I'm saying 'try', because we are human and we may be going with several happenings, things, events simultaneously with us at a single point of time
Here I put some points I have learned from the life, I lived. Looking forward and creating culture to overcome from the drastic situations, breakups, is the way to live life.

Breakup is not final, it is a startup of new job, new relations, new opportunities, new events, new challenges. The success, happiness come to those who fail more frequently, they create culture of trying all around and develop strength inside to tackle with situation more effectively and confidently.
Sometimes "It's over" or "why to try again" is the most frequent thoughts come in the person's mind after breakup. It is difficult to overcome from the drastic situation, but keeping a clear vision that look after the current circumstances creates a culture to move forward. After breakup empowering negative aspects is just like  killing a live either of the person or prospective.

Breakup is not fatal it comes to those who tries to accomplish any target, who lives the life, who sustain the situations, who delivers the probabilities. Breakup is nevertheless consider till you quit from the situation come in your way. Breakup at any point of time may affect creativity, will, spirit, vision, drive, desire, passion or dreams and allowing it to affect the life is just like inhaling poison to destroy the faith of life. Breakup is not of our choice but overcome from it is absolutely power of aspects which creates confident to try again.

Breakup is not forever, it is hard to believe when surrounded by breakups. It does't last until or unless we consciously choose to keep a track of loss occurred. The fact to overcome from breakup is to learn from it, not to fade down because you tried it. Breakup is another chance to re-invent, re-create, re-design, re-structure, re-define the culture to accomplish target.

We have gone through the scientist Thomas Edison, who tried 9,999 different ways to develop a light bulb all of which failed until his 10,000th try when he invented light bulb. He created a culture of trying. He keeps trying until the objective accomplished.
The life of APJ Abdul Kalam Sir is another era from which you can learn, how to overcome from breakup. It is just because of creating culture of trying.
